What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small files created by websites you visit. By saving your browsing information online, they make your experience much easier. Thanks to cookies, websites can remember your website preferences, keep you signed in, and give you relevant content locally.

There are two types of cookies:

First-party cookies are created by the website you enter. The website is shown in the address bar.
Third-party cookies are created by other websites. These websites own some of the content such as advertisements or images that you see on the webpage you surf.
